The paper presents minimal invasive technics to decompress the medial nerve at the carpus at the ulnar nerve at the elbow.
The paper reviews biomechanical problems related to the surgical procedures. The literature was reviewed in order to systematic opinions concerning the operative procedures currently employed for surgery.
